“I used to chase five clients on Friday for payment. Now I send the invoice from the truck and most of them have paid by the time I get home.”
Why tradespeople switch to Falcon Bill invoices.
Looks professional
Clean PDF, your logo, your colors. Clients take it seriously, which means they pay it sooner.
Pays faster
A card payment link on the invoice beats a bank-transfer form every time. The money is there the next business day.
Stays organized
Every invoice is tied to a client, a job, and an activity timeline. Nothing goes missing, nothing has to be re-keyed.
Plays nice with accounting
CSV export of invoices, payments, and line items drops into QuickBooks, Xero, or a bookkeeper's spreadsheet without re-formatting.
Handles partials and refunds
Deposit now, balance on completion, refund mid-job — every movement posts to the invoice and updates the balance due.
Travels with the crew
The invoice builder is mobile-first. Workers can close out a job and hand off to the office without opening a laptop.
Invoicing, with nothing left to the side:
- Draft from an estimate, a job, or from scratch
- Draft and send by voice, in-app chat, or WhatsApp via the AI assistant
- Line items with service, material, or other kind
- Price units per item, per hour, or per day
- Discount as amount or percent
- Tax exclusive or inclusive, per workspace default
- Photos attached to the invoice and the PDF
- Send by email or public share link
- Partial payments and balance-due tracking
- Per-invoice notes and terms
- Due-date presets (net 7, 14, 30, custom)
- Automatic receipt emails on payment
- One-click void and re-issue
What invoices should quietly do for you.
Respect your time
Pre-fill from the price book, carry forward from the estimate, and skip the blank-form fear that burns weekend evenings.
Respect your client's time
A public pay page with Apple Pay or Google Pay is faster than any emailed PDF. Clients notice and mention it.
Respect your numbers
Minor-unit math means totals never drift by a penny. The bank deposit matches the invoice, and your books stay tidy.
Respect the record
Every send, open, payment, and refund appends to an immutable activity feed. Chargebacks lose their mystery.
Respect the crew
Workers can finalize an invoice in the field; owners see the full rollup. One workflow, two audiences.
Respect your brand
Your logo, your color, your typography across every PDF and public page. The invoice is a brand touchpoint — treat it like one.

Common questions.
Do I need a Stripe account?+
Only if you want to accept card payments. You can send invoices and record cash, check, or transfer payments on any plan without connecting Stripe.
What are your processing fees?+
Falcon Bill takes no per-invoice fee beyond Stripe's card rate. The standard Stripe rate applies on card transactions.
Can I refund a card payment?+
Yes — refund from the invoice detail page. Stripe processes the refund and the invoice balance updates automatically.
Does my client need a Falcon Bill account to pay?+
No. Clients pay from a public invoice link. No account, no login, no friction.
Can I edit a sent invoice?+
Editing financial fields on a sent invoice is blocked by default. You can void and re-issue, or add a follow-up line item if the change is additive.
Can I send recurring invoices?+
Yes — duplicate an existing invoice and post it on whatever cadence you like. Native recurring-invoice scheduling is on the roadmap.
What happens to taxes on my invoices?+
Tax is applied per-workspace default or per-line, exclusive or inclusive. Totals compute in minor units so numbers never drift.
Can I send from my own email domain?+
Sends go from a Falcon Bill domain by default. Custom sending domains with DKIM are on the roadmap for the Team plan.
