Terms.
The rules of the road for using Falcon Bill.
What you get
Access to Falcon Bill at the tier you subscribed to, for as long as you pay. Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal.
What we ask
Don't use Falcon Bill for illegal work, don't try to abuse the service, and don't share your account credentials. Normal stuff.
Your content
Your clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, and photos belong to you. We hold them to run the service — we don't claim ownership, and we don't resell them. If you leave, you take them with you.
Uptime
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. If we fall short in a month we credit the affected accounts — details in the full policy. We don't offer service-level guarantees beyond that credit.
Payment terms
Plan fees are billed in advance each month or year through Stripe. Card processing fees from Stripe on your clients' payments are between you and Stripe. We don't take a cut of your invoice totals.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll email the workspace owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
Need the detailed contract language for procurement or legal review? Email us and we'll send the long-form version.
Fair terms, portable data, month-to-month.
You own your content. We run the service. Cancel any time.
A contract we'd be willing to sign.
Plain-English first
The summary above is the one you should read. The full policy only adds legal precision where it's required.
Your content is yours
We operate the service; you own the data. No silent training, no re-sale, no license grab.
No surprise fees
The plan fee is the plan fee. We don't take a percentage of what your clients pay you.
Notice before changes
Any meaningful change to these terms comes with 30 days of notice, emailed to the workspace owner.
Portable on exit
Cancel any time, export everything, and walk away with your data intact.
One source of truth
The policy you agree to is the one on this page. We don't have separate side contracts you'd need a lawyer to find.

Terms questions.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal — access continues through the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't charge a cancellation fee.
What happens if you miss the uptime target?+
We credit affected workspaces automatically for the next month, proportional to the outage. No forms to fill out.
Who owns an estimate or invoice I sent to a client?+
You do. Falcon Bill hosts it so both parties can see it, but the document and the data on it belong to your workspace.
Do you have a DPA for business customers?+
Yes. Email us and we'll send you the current data-processing addendum to sign.
How do I report a security concern?+
Email security@falconbill.com. We'll acknowledge within one business day and work with you on a coordinated disclosure window.
