AI assistant

Make and send invoices by voice, text, or WhatsApp.

Skip the forms. Tell the Falcon Bill assistant what you did and who you did it for — by voice, in chat, or right inside WhatsApp — and it drafts the estimate or invoice, fills in the line items, and sends it.

Free forever for your first 3 jobs · No card required
Built for the way handymen, plumbers, and HVAC pros already work — most of them already live in WhatsApp.
Start in 60 seconds

No credit card, no setup call. Three jobs and a full invoice on the house.

Talk, don't type

Voice in, invoice out.

Tap and talk: 'Send Maggie an invoice for the faucet swap, $490.' The assistant transcribes, picks the right client, pulls line items from your price book, and shows the draft for your approval.

  • Voice memos transcribed on the fly
  • Client + price-book matching from a phrase
  • Approve, edit, or rewrite before it sends

Chat from the truck

A worksite-first inbox, not another app to learn.

Open the Falcon Bill chat from the dashboard or the home-screen icon and message it like you would a coworker. It remembers your last twenty jobs, your recent clients, and the way you like to bill.

  • Natural-language drafting ('quote Bob $1,200 for the AC install')
  • Multi-turn edits — 'add a $75 trip fee, send it'
  • Reads back the draft before anything leaves your workspace

WhatsApp is the office

Run your invoicing where your clients already are.

Connect your business WhatsApp number once. Forward a client message — 'can you bill me for last Tuesday?' — and the assistant drafts the invoice, asks for any missing detail, and sends it back as a Falcon Bill pay link.

  • WhatsApp Business API — your number, your conversations
  • Forward a client thread; the assistant reads the context
  • Pay-link replies back to the client in the same chat

Always on the rails

It uses your tools — not its own.

The assistant only does what you can do in the app: open a client, draft an estimate, log a payment, send a reminder. Every action shows up in the activity feed with you as the actor and the assistant as the helper.

  • No off-script numbers — totals always come from line items
  • Workspace-scoped: it never sees data from other businesses
  • Full audit trail of every assistant-initiated action

I do everything in WhatsApp anyway. Now I just forward the client's message to the Falcon Bill bot and the invoice goes out before I'm out of the driveway.

Why a chat-first invoicing app fits the trades.

  • Hands-free in the field

Talk to your phone with greasy hands. The assistant turns a sentence into a sendable invoice while you walk to the truck.

  • Lives where you already work

WhatsApp, SMS, or the in-app chat — pick the surface you already check ten times a day. No new app to remember.

  • Faster than the form

Skip clicks, dropdowns, and date pickers. A short message gives the assistant everything it needs to draft a clean invoice.

  • Predictable, not magical

Drafts always preview before they send. Edit a line, change a price, kill the message — you stay in charge.

  • Bilingual on day one

Spanish, English, Portuguese — message the assistant in the language you actually run your business in.

  • Safe with your data

Your messages and drafts stay inside your workspace. We don't train on your invoices and we don't share them across businesses.

What the AI assistant can do today:

  • Draft an invoice from a voice memo or text message
  • Draft an estimate the same way
  • Pull line items from your price book by name
  • Match a client by first name, partial address, or phone number
  • Add or remove a line, edit a price, change quantity
  • Apply a discount, set a due date, set a deposit
  • Send the invoice by email or public share link
  • Reply to a forwarded WhatsApp client message
  • Log a cash, check, or transfer payment from chat
  • Send a polite overdue-invoice reminder on request
  • Read back the draft so you can approve from the road
  • Show the activity-feed entry for every action it takes
Beyond the basics

What a chat-native assistant quietly changes.

  • End the kitchen-table catch-up

Most invoices used to wait for a quiet evening at home. Voice + chat closes them out from the driveway.

  • Bring the office to the job site

Schedule a visit, draft a quote, log a payment — all from the chat thread you already had open with the client.

  • Lower the on-ramp for new workers

A new hire who can text can run the paperwork. No training video, no twenty-screen tour.

  • Keep the human in the loop

Approvals, edits, and sends are explicit. The assistant proposes; you decide.

  • Make WhatsApp work harder

If you already run jobs in WhatsApp threads, the assistant turns those threads into structured records you can export, audit, and bill from.

  • Stay on top without staring

Ask 'what's open this week?' from the chat. The assistant pulls the dashboard slice you'd otherwise click through five screens to find.

Ready when you are

Open a workspace and send something.

Draft, send, get paid, end-to-end in under two minutes.

Use cases

How tradespeople actually use the assistant.

  • Closing out a service call by voice memo while walking back to the truck
  • Replying to a WhatsApp 'how much do I owe?' with an invoice link in the same thread
  • Drafting the next day's estimates from the couch on Sunday night by typing 'quote three jobs'
  • Forwarding a contractor's text — 'bill me for Tuesday' — and letting the assistant fill the gaps
  • Logging a $200 cash payment from a job site without opening the dashboard
  • Asking 'who hasn't paid yet?' and getting a list of open invoices with one tap to remind
  • Scheduling next week's visits by saying the day, the client, and the worker
  • Turning a half-typed estimate into a finished one — 'add $75 trip fee, set tax to none, send it'
  • Quoting in Spanish on a client thread that's already in Spanish
  • Translating an estimate to English for the office, then back to Spanish for the client
Voice was the missing piece. I get one or two calls between every job and I never had time to type. Now I tell the bot what to do, it drafts, I tap send.

Common questions about the AI assistant.

  • Is the AI assistant available now?+

It's rolling out as part of the upcoming Falcon Bill release. Sign up for the free plan and we'll switch it on for your workspace as soon as it's ready in your region.

  • How does the WhatsApp connection work?+

We connect through the official WhatsApp Business API. You link your business number once in workspace settings; the assistant becomes a participant you can message or forward client threads to.

  • Will it send things without my approval?+

No. Every draft previews in chat before sending. You confirm with a tap or a 'yes, send it' — nothing leaves your workspace silently.

  • What languages does it understand?+

English and Spanish on launch, with Portuguese, French, and Polish following. The assistant detects the language of your message and replies in the same one.

  • Can it act on its own — say, send overdue reminders?+

Only when you explicitly schedule it. You can tell it 'remind me about open invoices every Friday' and it will draft the reminders for your approval, never auto-send without permission.

  • Does it use my data to train its model?+

No. Your invoices, clients, and messages stay inside your workspace and are not used to train any model. We use a system prompt and your live workspace data; that's it.

  • What happens if it gets a number wrong?+

The draft preview shows every line item, quantity, and rate from your price book — never invented totals. If something's off, edit the line in chat or open the draft and adjust before sending.

  • Can my workers use it too?+

Yes. Workers can use the assistant for the actions their role allows (drafting, scheduling, logging visit notes). Owner-only actions like inviting team members or changing billing stay owner-only.
