The fine print, in large print.
If software fine print has burned you before, this is for you.
Below is every term that matters, in plain words, with where to check each one. The Terms of Service and the Refund Policy are the binding versions. This is the one you can read in two minutes.
- 1
No contract.
Pay month to month, or yearly for a lower price. There is no term to sign and no fee to leave.
Check itThe pricing page and the Terms of Service.
- 2
Cancel in the app.
Settings, then Subscription. You answer one question, may see a discount offer you can decline, then confirm. No phone call and nobody to talk to. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Check itSettings, then Subscription, in your workspace.

Refunds without an argument.
Email support within 30 days of a charge and we refund the most recent payment, no questions. Yearly plans are refunded pro rata in the first 30 days.
Check itThe Refund Policy.

One price per plan.
Solo is $29 a month for one person. Boss is $69 for one person who wants voice input and more AI. Crew is $99 for the owner plus up to four workers. No per-invoice fees, no seat fees, no add-ons.
Check itThe pricing page.

The intro price ends. Here is when.
On monthly billing the first three months cost $19, $49, or $79. From month four you pay the standard price above. Yearly billing has no intro price: $264, $624, or $948 a year.
Check itThe pricing page, before you pay.

Client payments land in your Stripe account.
Clients pay invoices by card into the Stripe account you connect. Falcon Bill takes no cut and adds no hold of its own. Stripe runs its own checks and sets when payouts reach your bank.
Check itSettings, then Payments. On holds: why payment apps hold your money.

Nothing reaches a client without your tap.
Bill, the assistant, drafts. You send. Every send shows you the draft and waits for you to confirm. Falcon Bill sends no automatic reminders and no marketing to your clients.
Check itAsk Bill to send an invoice and watch for the confirm step.

Texts come from your phone.
Falcon Bill never texts your clients. Nudges and on-my-way messages open your own phone's messages app, so the number your clients see is yours.

Your data stays yours.
Clients and your price book export to CSV on every plan, free included. If you cancel, your account stays: log in any time and see every client, job, estimate, and invoice. Invoices and estimates stay viewable, but exporting them is not available yet.
Check itExport on the Clients and Price book screens.

A person answers.
Write to support@falconbill.com and a real person replies on US business days. We aim to answer within one business day. No chatbot.
Check itThe contact page.
P.S. What we don't do yet.
- No offline mode. Falcon Bill needs a signal to save your work.
- Invoices, estimates, and payments don't export to CSV yet, and downloading PDFs needs a paid plan.
- No QuickBooks sync, no two-way texting in the app, and no automatic payment reminders.
- No deposits or partial card payments. Clients pay the full balance from the link.
- No plans for crews over five people.
P.P.S. You will be able to message Bill from WhatsApp, and send him a photo to draft from. Clause 7 still applies.
