Jobber list prices from getjobber.com/pricing on September 25, 2026, billed month to month, before promotions. Jobber's entry plan, Core, is $49 a month ($29 billed yearly) and has no photos on quotes. Housecall Pro starts at $79 a month ($59 billed yearly) for one user, and its QuickBooks sync starts on Essentials at $189 ($149 billed yearly), per housecallpro.com/pricing. The move, step by step.
Clients and your price book come with you. Past invoices, estimates, payments, and job history stay in your old app's export and PDFs, so keep those for your records.
Export from your old app.
Download your clients and your price list as CSV files. Most apps put the export in settings or on the client list.
Import into Falcon Bill.
Start free, then import both files. You match the columns yourself: name, email, phone, and address for clients; type, name, price, unit, and taxable for the price book. Up to 1,000 clients per file.
Connect Stripe.
Settings, then Payments. Clients can then pay invoices by card into your own Stripe account.
Send the next job from here.
Pick a plan when you are ready to send, then build the next estimate or invoice in Falcon Bill.
Cancel the old app last.
Keep it until the open invoices there are paid. The checklist below covers what to save first.

- Find the renewal date and any notice period.
- Export everything the old app allows, invoices and payments included, and download PDFs of anything still open.
- If the old app gave you a business phone number, start porting it first.
- Cancel in writing and screenshot the confirmation.
- Check your next card statement.

Questions owners ask before moving.
Can I import my clients from Jobber or Housecall Pro?+
Yes, from a CSV file. Export your clients from the old app, import the file in Falcon Bill, and match the columns: name, email, phone, and address. There is no direct connection to either app.
What happens to my old invoices and job history?+
They stay in your old app's export and PDFs. Falcon Bill imports clients and your price book, not past invoices, estimates, payments, or jobs.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?+
No. Pay month to month or yearly, and cancel in the app under Settings, then Subscription. No setup fee and no sales call.
Can my crew come too?+
Crew is $99 a month for the owner plus up to four workers. Each worker gets their own login and sees the visits assigned to them. Bill, the assistant, stays with the owner's seat.
What if my crew grows past five?+
Falcon Bill does not sell plans above five people today. Tell us from the contact page if you need one.
Will my business phone number change?+
No. Falcon Bill does not issue phone numbers. Texts to clients go from your own phone.
