  • Do I need to create an account to preview an invoice?+

    No. Lay out the invoice and see exactly how it'll look without signing up, no account, no email. Everything you build stays in your browser.

  • Will the invoice show my logo?+

    Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG up to 2 MB while you build. It's embedded directly into the invoice, and nothing is stored on our servers until you start a workspace.

  • Can my client pay by card on this invoice?+

    Yes. A Falcon Bill invoice can ship as both a PDF and a public link with a Stripe pay button. Money lands in your bank in one to two business days, no chasing.

  • Is there a watermark on the PDF?+

    No. The invoice PDF is clean, branded, and yours to send or print as many times as you want.

  • Where is my data stored?+

    Your preview lives in your browser. The PDF is rendered server-side, and the line items and totals persist with your workspace from that point on.

  • Can I save an invoice and come back to it?+

    Yes, with a workspace. It saves every invoice, client, and line item so the next one for the same client takes seconds.

  • Why not just use QuickBooks or FreshBooks?+

    Those are accounting tools built for a desk. Falcon Bill is built for the truck, three taps from job site to paid. If you already love your accountant's QuickBooks setup, you can export your Falcon Bill data anytime as PDF, CSV, or JSON.

  • Is there a transaction fee on card payments?+

    Standard Stripe rates apply (2.9% + 30¢ per US card transaction). Falcon Bill does not add anything on top, no per-invoice fee, no per-client fee, no surcharge.

  • Does this work on my phone?+

    Yes. The preview and the workspace are both built mobile-first, one hand, bright sun, between jobs. The PDF arrives in your phone's Files / Downloads folder so you can email it straight from the truck.

  • Does Falcon Bill have AI?+

    Yes. Bill (the assistant) drafts invoices from typed prompts on every plan, capped at 10 messages a day on the entry plan. Voice mode, WhatsApp input, and photo input are available on the Boss plan. Solo gets the everyday help; Boss gets the hands-free workflow when your hands are full.

  • What happens to my invoices if I cancel?+

    You keep access until the end of your billing period and can export everything (PDFs, CSVs, JSON) at any time. Cancellation does not delete your data, so the moment you walk back in, your client history and line items are still there.
