  • Do I need to create an account to preview the quote?+

    No. Lay out the quote and see exactly how it will look without signing up, no account, no email. Everything you build stays in your browser.

  • Will the quote show my logo?+

    Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG up to 2 MB while you build. It is embedded into the quote, and nothing is stored on our servers until you start a workspace.

  • Can my client accept this quote online?+

    Yes. A Falcon Bill quote ships as both a PDF and a public accept/decline link. Your client approves it on their phone, and the approval is timestamped. No account needed on their side.

  • Is there a watermark on the PDF?+

    No. The quote PDF is clean and branded, no watermark.

  • Can the quote convert to an invoice when the job is done?+

    Yes, that is one of the things the workspace adds. One tap on an accepted quote creates an invoice with the same client, line items, and totals already filled in. No re-keying.

  • Why use this instead of QuickBooks or FreshBooks for quotes?+

    Those are accounting tools built for a desk. Falcon Bill is built for the truck and the walkthrough: three taps from job site to a quote the customer can approve on their phone. If you already love your QuickBooks setup, keep it. There is no QuickBooks sync, but you can save any quote as a PDF and export your clients and price book as CSV.

  • What is the transaction fee if my client pays a deposit by card?+

    Standard Stripe rates (2.9% + 30 cents per US card). Falcon Bill does not add anything on top: no per-quote fee, no per-client fee, no surcharge.

  • Does this actually work from my phone?+

    Yes. The whole flow (quote, client approval, convert to invoice) is built mobile-first: one hand, bright sun, between jobs. Send quotes and track approvals, all from the truck. Native iOS and Android apps coming.

  • Does Falcon Bill have AI?+

    Yes. Bill (the assistant) drafts quotes from typed prompts on every plan, capped at 10 messages a day on Solo. Voice mode (tap to talk) is on Boss and Crew. Solo gets the everyday help; Boss lets you talk through the walkthrough instead of typing.

  • Where is my data stored?+

    The preview lives in your browser. The PDF is rendered server-side, and the client, line items, and totals persist with your workspace from that point on.

  • Can I export to QuickBooks if I switch later?+

    Not directly. There is no QuickBooks export or sync. You can save any quote as a PDF and export your clients and price book as CSV anytime. Your data is yours, no lock-in.
