  • Do I need to create an account to preview the receipt?+

    No. Lay out the receipt and see exactly how it will look without signing up, no account, no email. Everything you build stays in your browser.

  • Is this a real, professional receipt I can give a customer?+

    Yes. It is your own branded business receipt: your logo, your business name and contact, the goods or services you provided, the amount paid, and the date. It is the receipt a plumber hands a customer after they pay, or a landlord gives a tenant for rent.

  • Will the receipt show my logo?+

    Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG up to 2 MB while you build. It is embedded into the receipt, and nothing is stored on our servers until you start a workspace.

  • Is there a watermark on the PDF?+

    No. The receipt PDF is clean and branded, no watermark, send or print as many times as you want.

  • Can I record the payment method (cash, card, check)?+

    Yes. Note the payment method and any reference in the notes field on the receipt. A workspace adds saved clients and a record of every payment and receipt you have issued.

  • Why use this instead of QuickBooks or FreshBooks for receipts?+

    Those are accounting tools built for a desk. Falcon Bill is built for the truck: three taps from paid job to a clean PDF receipt the customer keeps. If you already love your QuickBooks setup, keep it. There is no QuickBooks sync, but you can save any receipt as a PDF and export your clients and price book as CSV.

  • Does this actually work from my phone?+

    Yes. The whole flow is built mobile-first: one hand, bright sun, between jobs. Make and hand over a receipt right after you get paid, all from the truck. Native iOS and Android apps coming.

  • Does Falcon Bill have AI?+

    Yes. Bill (the assistant) drafts receipts and invoices from typed prompts on every plan, capped at 10 messages a day on Solo. Voice mode (tap to talk) is on Boss and Crew. Solo gets the everyday help; Boss lets you talk instead of typing.

  • Where is my data stored?+

    The preview lives in your browser. The PDF is rendered server-side, and the client, line items, and totals persist with your workspace from that point on.

  • Can I export to QuickBooks if I switch later?+

    Not directly. There is no QuickBooks export or sync. You can save any receipt or invoice as a PDF and export your clients and price book as CSV anytime. Your data is yours, no lock-in.
